Let’s Launch is a virtual accelerator that helps aspiring and full-time creative entrepreneurs who are allowing imposter syndrome and the illusion of time to keep them from launching their creative projects to get out of their own way and launch.
Participants learn how to use their unique story as the fuel for their craft so they can enhance their strategy and brand, self-produce relevant creative content that aligns with their mission, and position their creative portfolio in a way that identifies them as an expert in their line of work. All resulting in a launch that makes them proud.
Vondell is the Founder of Thankless Production LLC and creator of Let’s Launch, a virtual accelerator. She obtained a degree in Marketing from Howard University, which led to a bustling career on Wall St. at one of the world's leading investment banks. She went on to launch Thankless Production LLC which lead to her landing roles as the production manager for star studded productions featuring the likes of Kerry Washington, Big Sean, Lena Waithe and more. She is passionate about cultivating creators and loves inspiring people to tap into their fullest potential. Through Let's Launch she is looking to empower creative entrepreneurs to tap into their story and use that as the fuel to launching their dream products/services/brands.
Tawny Ann De La Peña made a name for herself as a copywriter but is ready to take on a new challenge — life coaching. Why? She says there are so many reasons she shouldn't have "made it," but she did it anyway (drug addiction, cancer, domestic abuse, emotional abuse, didn't get into college, the list goes on). She works to become a better version of herself every single day. And now, she wants to help others achieve the same kind of transformation she did. Through the Let's Launch Accelerator, she gained the confidence and know-how to launch multiple courses and group coaching programs through her life coaching business Life with Tawny.
Tara is a self-proclaimed creative genius who loves people. She lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma along with her husband, their daughter, and their loyal sidekick, Teagan, a lovable mixed-breed rescue dog. Since childhood, she has known she was born to be an entrepreneur, but she spent years trying to fit into the traditional employee role. What she learned is that being in business creatively is and always has been her calling. Payne Creative Consulting Group, LLC was founded in January 2020. With the inspiration of another close friend who is also a book publisher, she published her first book, a memoir about her journey to motherhood in September 2020. Today Tara enjoys her work as a creative consultant, published author, moderator, and speaker. Tara used the Let's Launch Accelerator to relaunch her book, When Hope Speaks.
